SHIPPING & ORDER QUESTIONS

Fulfillment lead times on all kydex product orders is 1-8 BUSINESS DAYS. This fulfillment time is the range in which your order will leave our shop and does not include carrier shipping times.

Retail items are in stock and ready to ship. All retail items (belts, medical etc) typically ship within 1-5 business days unless purchased with a holster or other kydex product. If you would like to avoid the kydex product fulfillment time - please submit a seperate order for retail items and holster gear.

As long as your kydex product order has not entered the production phase - changes can be made.

Changes in holster type, color / pattern selection or attachment changes may lead to increased order cost in which the remaining balance will be invoiced before the change is made.

Retail items typically ship within 1-5 business days so we can not promise a change is possible. Please reach out to us ASAP if you would like to make a change to a retail item order and we will try and accommodate it.

As long as your kydex product order has not entered the production phase - your order may be cancelled.

Once your order has begun production - it CANNOT be canceled.

We may run an official sale here and there throughout the year but our guaranteed and biggest sale of the year falls on Black Friday.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it is no longer eligible for a discount.

If a promotion is started after an order is already submitted, we will not refund or credit the discounted difference.

Promotions are intended to drive new purchases and we will not grandfather orders already submitted, no matter when the order was made.

We value the service of all first responders and military personal including veterans, active military, LEOs, firefighters, EMS etc.

We currently offer a 15% discount on all orders for individuals that fall under this bracket.

Returns & Exchanges

Retail Product Policy

We can accept returns on retail products (belts & medical) within 30 days of delivery so long as the item is in new and unused condition and is returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost as this is a sunk cost and the carriers have already rendered their services.

BELTS must be unused, and in the default size to return. If you cut and size the belt to your waistline, we will not accept it.

TRAUMA KITS must be unused and in new condition. If any item of the kit is used / omitted we will not accept it.

Kydex Product Policies

- Signature IWB

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery so long as it is in new condition. Restocking fee of 20% may apply.

- Plus One Appendix Holster

CANNOT BE RETURNED. Plus One holsters are highly customizable so we cannot accept returns.

- Magazine Carriers

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery so long as it is in new condition. Restocking fee of 20% may apply.

- Signature OWB Holster

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery so long as it is in new condition. Restocking fee of 20% may apply.

- Hipster OWB Holster

CANNOT BE RETURNED. Our Hipster OWB holsters are highly customizable so we cannot accept returns.

- EDC Trays

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery so long as it is in new condition. Restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Yes, we can process exchanges of retail items.

To process an exchange for an in-stock item, ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged.

Exchanges are limited to changing color, size or model of the retail item purchased.

Exchanges are typically handled within 1-3 business days of their arrival at the shop. You will receive a notification once it has been processed and the requested product has shipped out to you. If we do not have the requested exchange item at the time your package arrives, we will offer a refund.

Customer is responisble for retail item shipping costs.

Yes, we can process exchanges of holsters. 

To process an exchange for a holster, ship it back within 30 days. 

Exchanges are limited to changing model of the kydex item purchased. We will not accept exchanges for wrong color chosen or modifications not specified.

Exchanges are typically processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival at the shop. After initial processing, fulfillment lead times for the particular item then apply. You will receive a notification once it has been processed and once the requested product has shipped out to you.

HOLSTER QUESTIONS

Unfortunatly, if you do not see your model of firearm listed in our dropdown selection we do not currently have the tooling to accommodate it.

This includes firearms & firearm / light combos.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost or broken hardware, IWB or OWB attachments.

You can purchase replacement hardware sets and belt attachments HERE.

In an effort to keep our lead time low - we have suspended fully custom holster images at this time.
