Shipping Methods

LEAD TIME

  • Our current lead time for holster orders is 3-8 BUSINESS DAYS
  • Custom requests may extended this lead time if we have to make changes / alter the order.

CARRIERS

We ship USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping

Tracking numbers will be provided via email when your order has left our shop.

RATES

  • All holster orders over $150 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING within the United States. Flat Rate Shipping on all other holster orders is $7.99.
  • EDC Belts & Apparel Items ship with calculated USPS shipping.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Hilliker Holster Co offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all holster products. If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us at info@hillikerholsterco.com and explain what is going on. We may request photos or videos for further investigation.  If it is determined defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair any piece necessary up to and including completely replacing your item. Hilliker Holster Co will then cover all costs to repair or replace the item as well as shipping back to the customer.

Our warranty does not cover belt clips, OWB loops or lost hardware. 

 

Return/Cancelation Policy

NON QUICK SHIP HOLSTERS:

Hilliker Holster Co holsters are custom made to your exact specification and are not returnable. Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled / changed if we receive your request in writing, via email, before they have started production. Please include your name, address and phone number, along with your order number and reason for cancelation / changes . Requests should be emailed to: info@hillikerholsterco.com

We will not accept cancellations or changes for holsters after they have entered production. 

ALL CANCELED ORDERS WILL INCUR A 5% FEE TO COVER PAYMENT PROCESSING.

QUICK SHIP HOLSTERS:

Hilliker Holster Co will honor returns of Quick Ship holsters (within a 30-day window from delivery) from customers who have purchased directly from Hilliker Holster Co, but only when combined with proof of purchase and after receiving authorization from a customer service team member. Items purchased from Hilliker Holster Co may only be returned by the original customer or direct gift recipient. Hilliker Holster Co reserves the right to review the returned items (i.e., via pictures) before beginning the return process of those items. In the event that the order was fulfilled as placed, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Hilliker Holster Co. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Gear that has been used, manipulated, is dirty or missing parts may NOT be accepted for returns or exchange and will be returned to the customer promptly, only if the customer pays for return shipping.

RETAIL ITEMS

Retail items including Apparel, Kore EDC Gun Belts, Leisure Carry C.O.B (black), Weapon Lights, and Optics can be returned (within a 30-day window from delivery) only if the item is still in the package and in new condition. If the package has been opened, Hilliker Holster Co will exchange the item for another item of equal value as long as the item is still in new condition. The customer is responsible to pay required shipping charges. 

Custom magazines, prints and limited edition products are not returnable.
